One of Wine Country's buzziest new tasting rooms set to make its debut
"an amazing opportunity."
"I'm really excited to have this huge container for creativity,"
"I receive feedback from people online or from those who attend our pop-ups. But I'm looking forward to inviting them in so I can see their faces and what they're really into."
"People have actually been really positive and warm,"
Martha Stoumen will open her first tasting room on Oct. 9 in an intimate space on Center Street in downtown Healdsburg. Her wine label was acquired by The Overshine Collective earlier this summer, and she retains equity and creative control. Martha Stoumen Wines launched in 2014 and built a fervent following and notable success without a permanent tasting room. The Overshine Collective centralizes business functions for six brands while preserving each winemaker's creative control. The new tasting room will allow direct customer feedback and greater creative expression, and the local response has been warm and positive.
