Chelsea Wine store owner looks dapper in court appearance for allegedly stealing vintages from own shop

Michael Gancarz, the owner of Chelsea Wine store, faces charges for stealing wines and trespassing. The store no longer belongs to him, and the new owner reported unauthorized access.

The wine storage business linked to Gancarz, Chelsea Wine Storage, had customers complaining about inaccessible wines. Storage was moved without informing customers to a basement off Times Square.
