The Belgian design studio founded by Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen was recently named Designers of the Year 2023 by Maison&Objet, for a "decade of innovation that shook up the codes of interior design."
Like HAY, Muller Van Severen is known for having a playful and colorful approach to their design process. The new pieces are an expansion of Muller Van Severen's current Arcs collection with HAY, which includes a lampshade, vase, and candleholder. Similarly, the trolleys and mirrors have simple, streamlined forms but have a unique edge - literally. Both are lined with a scalloped border that creates reflections of full circles when viewed at the right perspective.
