AWS is undergoing a visual update to its Management Console, aiming to enhance user experience by improving hierarchy, color palette, and overall interface design.
Principal partner solutions architect Prasad Rao highlighted that the new design will have a 'revised typography scale' and an 'improved color palette', creating a better data understanding.
Aiming to reduce 'visual noise', AWS replaces drop shadows with thinner strokes on content wrappers, enabling users to focus more easily without distraction.
Rao stated that the new design features 'rounder shapes, brighter colors, and improved layout treatment', which collectively contribute to a more appealing user interface.
