Ars 9.0.1 redesign is now live, with density tweaks and visited link colors
Briefly

After 26 years, it’s humbling that so many people still care about making Ars into the best possible version of itself. The feedback on the redesign was invaluable.
We pushed a new update for the Ars Technica 9.0 design, addressing many concerns from readers, and we will continue to make iterative design tweaks to improve overall experience.
The redesign was based on feedback from 20,000 readers, who highlighted readability and customization as the most significant site design issues that needed addressing.
We introduced a responsive design that unifies desktop and mobile experiences, increased text size, and provided four distinct layout options to meet modern readability standards.
