Apple has enabled Look Around for the beta version of Apple Maps on the web, allowing users to explore select cities in the US, Japan, and the EU. You can click the binocular icon to use this feature, which presents 360-degree images to help users virtually navigate cities, similar to Google Street View.
Initially launched in July, the beta version of Apple Maps for the web had limitations on devices and browsers, but Apple promised to expand features. While Look Around’s coverage is currently limited, there are indications of plans to broaden its availability to include more smaller cities and rural areas.
