Sony's latest firmware updates for the WF-1000XM5 earbuds and WH-1000XM5 headphones enhance compatibility with new features in the LinkBuds Speaker, as well as Google's Find My Device.
The updates also improve the ease of locating both devices via Google's Find My Device network, although this feature is limited to dedicated Classic Audio connections.
The WH-1000XM5 update brings enhanced security features, while the WF-1000XM5 update adds support for Google Fast Pair through LE Audio priority connection, making pairing quicker.
