Samsung's Galaxy S25 series may exclusively feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, despite previous sightings of the Exynos 2500 chip in the Galaxy S25+.
The Galaxy S25 international model, identified by model code SM-S931B, showed up on Geekbench with Android 15 and 12GB RAM, achieving scores of 2,986 and 9,355.
The Geekbench performance of the S25 is slightly lower than other Snapdragon 8 Elite phones, possibly indicating it was a prototype rather than the final retail version.
With the Galaxy S25 series expected to launch later this month, further details are anticipated regarding the entire lineup, including the S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra.
