Marc Stein reported that the Wizards are actively exploring trade options for Kyle Kuzma, who prefers a new team after Washington's poor season start.
Kuzma turned down a potential trade to the Mavericks last February, feeling they weren't a true title contender, opting instead to stay in D.C.
Kuzma's recent performance includes averaging 15.8 points and 5.6 rebounds on 42% FG, despite dealing with injury issues earlier this season.
