The Nationals have announced two roster moves ahead of their four-game series with the Chicago Cubs.The Washington Nationals recalled RHP Cory Abbott from Triple-A Rochester and placed RHP Chad Kuhl on the 15-day Injured List (retroactive to April 30) with right foot metatarsalgia on Monday afternoon.
