"Dine All Night" isn't exactly what it sounds like- you won't be able to feast on Michelin-starred meals, Ethiopian food, or blue crabs at 4 AM.
"Dine All Night gives us an opportunity to turn the public's head back to restaurants," says Kristi Whitfield.
The few food destinations, notably Right Proper Brewing Company, aren't offering special menus.
