TJ Oshie, who retired in June, attended the Washington Capitals' practice on Wednesday morning after a two-day layoff. He watched the team's skate from the Capitals bench for about a half hour. Oshie wore a Warroad cap and khakis and chatted with trainers and other players as they skated off the ice. Since retiring, he has worked as a contributor for Monumental Sports Network and served as a studio analyst for ESPN's national game coverage. Oshie remains active in hockey through media work while maintaining ties to his former team.
