Hershey Bears release new 'Chocolatetown' third jerseys
Briefly

The Hershey Bears unveiled new third jerseys that pay homage to the team's rich history and the town of Hershey, known as Chocolatetown, USA. This jersey features an angled script font crest representing the town, accompanied by a small bear logo. A caramel-colored shoulder patch depicts iconic landmarks like the smokestacks and rides of Hersheypark. This design reflects elements from the club's history and will be worn during select home games, with jerseys already available for purchase online, showcasing their community pride as they embrace their 87-season legacy.
"We're proud to play in Chocolatetown, and our new third jerseys honor the town we proudly have called home for 87 seasons," a Hershey Bears spokesman told RMNB.
The third jersey's crest features a nickname for Hershey, Chocolatetown, USA, in an angled script font on the front, emulating a baseball uniform.
The jerseys feature a shoulder patch with some of the iconic sights Hershey offers, including the smokestacks, the roller coasters of Hersheypark, and the GIANT Center.
The alternate sweaters mimic the team's look from its early Giant Center days at the turn of the century while the AHL club was an affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche.
