Xbox and Meta have launched the Xbox-themed Meta Quest 3S headset, enabling streaming Xbox games via xCloud but not providing compatibility with VR exclusive titles. The headset is essentially a modified version of the standard Quest 3S with distinctive Xbox coloring and includes a special edition controller. Although it comes with a three-month Game Pass Ultimate subscription, the purpose and appeal of the bundle remain unclear, with many expressing confusion over its actual VR capabilities.

This isn't new - you've been able to do this since 2023 and the bundle comes with three months of Game Pass Ultimate.
Really, though, what you're getting is a regular 128GB Quest 3S painted black with some green highlights.
Personally, I have no idea what the point of this bundle is supposed to be.
