The first of three Echoes of Vana'diel alliance raids, Jeuno: The First Walk, launched alongside patch 7.1, giving players a new weekly to complete for loot.
Before you unlock the alliance raid, you'll need to have at least completed the main scenario quest "Dawntrail," have a combat job at level 100, and have an item level of at least 695.
Note that there are a few quests as part of the storyline to complete after the raid - which you should do, as they will likely be prerequisites for the second raid.
The armor sets, called the Ark Angel armor, look like this and you can also get tattered sheet music from chests, which can be traded for Echoes of Vana'diel orchestrion rolls.
