Mouse controls on the Joy-Con 2 are set to influence innovative gaming experiences on the Nintendo Switch 2, notably seen in Drag x Drive. This wheelchair basketball game utilizes mouse inputs for movement, with a unique approach of using legs as a playing surface. Various pant materials affect gameplay; ribbed yoga pants, cargo pants, and dress pants resulted in discomfort and reduced control. In contrast, cotton jeans and sweatpants performed well, while velvet pants and skirts provided the best comfort and control. Drag x Drive retails for $20 on the Nintendo Switch 2.
In the interest of full disclosure, we did try playing Drag x Drive on bare legs. It's a smooth experience, but also unnecessarily painful.
The material of the pants is actually very important for both comfort and consistent controls. The worst performers were ribbed yoga pants, cargo pants, and men's dress pants.
Cotton jeans were one of the top performers, as were sweatpants. But for sheer comfort and smooth controls, only two options...reached our S tier: velvet pants and a full length skirt.
Drag x Drive is available now for Nintendo Switch 2 for only $20.
