This Fantastic Game Is Disappearing Soon -- "We Know This Sucks," Publisher Says
Briefly

Poinpy, developed by Ojiro Fumoto and published by Devolver, will be removed from Netflix on June 9 due to the expiration of its licensing agreement. After this, the game will not be accessible anywhere until potentially re-released on another platform, though there's uncertainty around that timeline. As Netflix's library is subject to similar licensing renewals as films and series, more games could follow suit. Poinpy's exit highlights the temporary nature of Netflix's game offerings, as previously seen with titles like GTA: III and Vice City.
The deal with Netflix has expired, so as you already know, Poinpy will leave Netflix very soon. For the time being, Poinpy will become unavailable.
With how these integrations work, Poinpy will require further development in order to be releasable in other stores, and realistically we do not know when we would have time in between other projects.
Games will be removed from Netflix as licenses expire, a Netflix representative confirmed in 2024.
Poinpy isn't the first game to leave the Netflix catalog, as Grand Theft Auto 3 - The Definitive Edition and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City - The Definitive Edition left in 2024.
