The Last Of Us Season 2 Will Feature Deleted Scenes From The Game
Briefly

HBO's The Last of Us Season 2 is set to premiere soon, with showrunners Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann revealing that the new season will not strictly follow the game's timeline. Instead, they will incorporate material that was originally cut from the game, offering fans new content to experience. Druckmann hinted at the emotional depth of the upcoming episodes, and Mazin described the season's structure as rich and fulfilling, likening it to an elaborate meal. HBO has yet to confirm an exact release date for the season, which is expected in April.
"It's] pretty brutal, but I'm very excited for people to see it," Druckmann teased.
"Each episode is like a meal. You can have a light dinner or you can go to a 12-course French restaurant," Mazin added.
"We have seven episodes. They are high-calorie, dense episodes. If you consider action and drama and scope to be the things that create an epic nature, each one of these episodes packs quite a wallop. You will not be bored."
