Ubisoft is restructuring its Malmö-based Massive Entertainment and Ubisoft Stockholm studios, affecting approximately 55 roles after a completed Voluntary Leave Program that began in fall 2025. The company finalized a long-term roadmap and staffing process and determined the structure and capacity required to support the two studios sustainably.
