The Super Mario Bros. Movie is set to release a Limited Edition 4K Blu-ray Steelbook exclusively at Walmart on March 4, priced at $35. Given its popularity as the biggest video game adaptation, it may sell out quickly.
Walmart is the sole retailer with the Power-Up Edition Collectible Steelbook still available for $28, which has been sold out since its June 2023 release, causing the new steelbook to not sell out just yet.
In addition to the Limited Edition Steelbook, buyers can opt for a standard 4K Blu-ray edition at Amazon for $14, which is part of a current promotion.
The Special Features of the new edition include a six-part featurette on the movie’s creation, insights from the cast, and a lyric video for the song Peaches.
