Fanatical has Starfield's Premium Edition Upgrade on sale for only $21.69, down from $35. The Premium Edition Upgrade comes with Shattered Space and extra in-game content.
In addition to the Shattered Space expansion, you'll get a digital art book and soundtrack, 1,000 Creation Credits, and the Constellation Skin Pack including the Equinox laser rifle, space suit, helmet, and boost pack.
It's worth noting, however, that you need to own Starfield on Steam to redeem the Premium Edition Upgrade or Shattered Space expansion.
