Starfield is finally getting a 60fps mode on Xbox
Briefly

Bethesda will let Xbox Series X players run the game at 60fps with new display customization settings, prioritizing visuals or frame rate performance, with a recommendation for the performance mode at 60fps or above.
A variable refresh rate (VRR) display is recommended but not necessary to run Starfield at higher frame rates, with options of 30, 40, 60, or uncapped modes, although potential screen-tearing and limited display customization might occur.
The May 15th update for Starfield includes detailed surface maps, new ship customization tools, and gameplay options like accessing ship cargo from the inventory. Bethesda plans a major Shattered Space expansion, a new land vehicle, and official mod support.
