Despite the Splinter Cell movie being cancelled, an animated series titled Splinter Cell: Deathwatch is in development, featuring Liev Schreiber as the voice of Sam Fisher.
Ubisoft is also working on a remake of the original Splinter Cell game, though there has been little recent information about its progress since its announcement.
