After leaving in 2020 and relocating to Scotland, Burns announced this transformation, hoping to restore the original fan-focused spirit of Rooster Teeth, which became a cornerstone of online content since its launch in 2003. The brand, which faced operational challenges leading to its closure by Warner Bros. Discovery in March 2024, holds a rich legacy, especially with hits like Red vs. Blue and RWBY. Details about the acquisition of specific properties are still uncertain.
