"Once you've finalized adding the people you want to invite, click or tap the Join button to send the invitation. After everyone arrives, you have the option to pick an experience for you all to play and send invites for them within the Party screen to join your game. Even when you're offline, the party will still be available for the next time you play."

You can then select "Add Connections" and search for the player's username, finally clicking "Add" to include them in the group."
Roblox Party enables friends to join the same experience across devices without third-party software. Hosts can create a Party via the Party tab on PC or mobile, add friends with the plus sign, and send Join invitations. Parties persist offline for the next session. Hosts can add users afterward using the three-dot menu and Add Connections. Players must be on the host's friends list to receive invitations and notifications through the app or mobile push. Voice chat for close friends is planned, but the feature currently supports text chat only.
