The newly announced Nintendo Switch 2 allows them to realize more ambitious designs, resulting in Mario Kart World, a game featuring longer races across diverse environments, maintaining Mario Kart's competitive edge and chaotic fun with up to 24 racers.
The game they imagined had difficulty running on a system that came out in 2016, and that problem found a solution with the Nintendo Switch 2.
At its heart, this is still a Mario Kart game, and the fun still lies in chaotic competition.
The races in Mario Kart World are longer, and they stretch across different environments.
