Evolving Mankey or Primeape during the event will grant the exclusive move Rage Fist, which is applicable from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. local time.
Players can make the evolution process easier by setting Primeape as their buddy and catching 20 fighting-type Pokémon during the designated hours.
While exact stats for Rage Fist remain unknown, it's anticipated that this move will reintegrate Annihilape and Primeape into competitive PvP play, particularly due to a previous PvP meta shake-up.
