Path of Exile 2's last patch of the year makes its brutal difficulty significantly less frustrating
Briefly

Everything can and will kill you. Skeletons hit you like their last gig was a boss in another game... the first 20 hours is a survival game where the trees punch back.
The pain won't end in PoE 2's upcoming patch, but it should be a little more fair... including bow attacks, bone and chaos spells, and shield abilities.
Almost everything in the Trial of Sekhemas will be considerably easier... Fighting monsters up close was simply worse due to the trial's unique Honour resource worked.
Monster explosions and other devastating effects won’t be as punishing as before... the upcoming patch promises significant adjustments in game difficulty.
