The first thing you'll notice if there's a Lucky Pal near your location is the unique sound effect. We can only describe it as somewhat similar to wind chimes or like the sound of magical stardust. You'll also see a creature that sparkles and shines, which is quite different from regular variants.
The innate passive grants a decent buff for combat and base-related tasks. Do take note that having the 'Lucky' perk does not prevent them from having negative traits. It's still possible for these animals to have attack-lowering perks, such as 'Coward' or 'Pacifist,' which render the innate buff moot.
