Oblivion Remastered Is Rated M At Launch, Unlike The Original Game
Briefly

Oblivion Remastered, recently launched, has a Mature ESRB rating, reflecting its content which includes graphic depictions of violence and nudity. Originally released in 2006 with a Teen rating, the rating was swiftly revised after the ESRB discovered additional content such as blood and gore, as well as a nearly nude female model accessible via PC mods. The remastered version retains this mature content rating but features new dialogue and quality-of-life improvements. Available on multiple platforms, it sparks renewed interest in modding, despite Bethesda's lack of official support.
The ESRB had to issue a correction, bumping the rating up to Mature due to the presence of content that was not fully disclosed when the game was originally submitted.
Oblivion Remastered has been rated under the original Oblivion ESRB listing, including Violence, Blood and Gore, Sexual Themes, Language, and Use of Alcohol.
