Ninja Gaiden 2 Black Drops Today, Included In Xbox Game Pass

During the Xbox Developer Direct in January 2025, Koei Tecmo announced the surprise release of Ninja Gaiden 2 Black, a remaster of the beloved 2008 title for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. Labeled as the definitive way to experience the game, this release was developed in response to fan feedback from the Ninja Gaiden Master Collection. Producer Fumihiko Yasuda emphasized the incorporation of elements from Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 while maintaining the original's iconic challenge and violence. This remaster coincides with the announcement of Ninja Gaiden 4, set for release in fall 2025.
