Multiple Assassin's Creed and Far Cry Games in the Works, Ubisoft Confirms
"We have a solid pipeline underway across Vantage Studios. Under the "Assassin's Creed" brand, several titles are in development, spanning both single-player and multiplayer experiences, with the ambition to further grow a community that exceeded 30 million players last year,"
"On "Far Cry," anticipation is high, and we currently have two very promising projects in development,"
Ubisoft established Vantage Studios, a Tencent-backed subsidiary launched in October 2025, to manage its three largest franchises: Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six. Vantage Studios is developing multiple Assassin's Creed titles spanning single-player and multiplayer, aiming to expand a community that exceeded 30 million players last year. Two separate Far Cry projects are currently in development. Known Assassin's Creed projects in production include a rumored Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag remake potentially launching in 2026 and Codename Hexe, which is set during 16th-century witch trials and was first teased in 2022. Vantage's structure enables teams to focus on their franchises.
