Cross-progression involves a lot of platform-specific rules, we're still looking at it and how to solve it. Once we've figured it out, we'll be sharing to everyone.
It took years for games that didn't launch with cross-progression like Destiny 2, Warframe, and Final Fantasy XIV to finally get it, while games released more recently have often prioritized it.
