Developer Warhorse Studios and publisher Plaion announced a detailed post-launch roadmap for Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, which includes both free and paid content scheduled for release throughout 2025. Free updates will introduce features such as a barber for customizing protagonist Henry's hairstyle, a new Hardcore Mode, and horse-racing. Paid expansions will deliver story-driven content, including quests like Brushes With Death and Legacy of the Forge, culminating in the Mysteria Ecclesia update. The game launches on February 4 for major platforms, with DRM-free availability on PC.
