Jay Johnston, the former voice of Jimmy Pesto from Bob's Burgers, has been sentenced to 12 months in federal prison for participating in the January 6 Capitol riots.
Federal prosecutors accused Johnston of being far from a bystander during the riot, claiming he pushed forward with the mob and even wielded a riot shield against police.
