Microsoft announced at its FY 2025 second quarter earnings call that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has surpassed four million players since its December 2024 release on PC and Xbox. The game is expected to gain additional players upon its future release for PlayStation 5. CEO Satya Nadella noted significant engagement with the title, alongside the success of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which positively influenced Game Pass subscriptions, although Microsoft's overall gaming revenue saw a 7% decline during the same period.
"And we saw rave reviews of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, which has already been played by more than 4 million people," said Nadella.
The game is also set to see more sales and players when it releases on PS5 in the first half of 2025.
With major titles like Black Ops 6 and Indiana Jones releasing on Game Pass day one, the subscription service saw record growth.
Despite the success of these titles, Microsoft’s total gaming revenue saw a decline of seven percent.
