The Rising Tide DLC for Final Fantasy 16 introduces a longer campaign and new Eikonic powers for Clive Rosfield. Players need to complete main story quests and side quests to access the content.
To unlock The Rising Tide, players need to reach the Back To Their Origin main story quest and complete side quest Priceless. The DLC can be initiated by checking Clive's Reading Table in The Hideaway.
The Priceless side quest, a prerequisite for The Rising Tide, requires completing Cut from the Cloth, Phoenix, Heal Thyself, and Where There's a Will. Once done, Jill appears as a party member.
