Toxel, the Gen 8 electric- and poison-type Pokémon, debuts in Pokémon Go during the "Into the Wild" event, becoming a sought-after addition, yet hard to find.
You can obtain Toxel in Pokémon Go by hatching 10 km eggs during the event or by completing Gigantamax Toxtricity Max Battles, but it's not guaranteed.
To evolve Toxel into Toxtricity, 400 Toxel Candy is required, and the form obtained is random due to the absence of natures in Pokémon Go.
At launch, Toxel is available with the possibility of being shiny, making it more appealing, although finding a shiny may require considerable luck.
