How to enable (and disable) crossplay in Palworld
Briefly

The March 2025 update for Palworld introduced crossplay functionality, facilitating multiplayer gameplay among PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox users. Players can easily progress through tower bosses together regardless of their platform. To enable crossplay, only the session host needs to adjust the world settings, allowing joining players to participate without changing their settings. This feature enhances the gaming experience by permitting players to visit each other's bases and share their Pal collections via the Global Palbox, despite initial confusion about how to navigate the settings.
Crossplay allows players across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox to join multiplayer sessions and progress through tower bosses together in Palworld.
To enable crossplay, the host needs to select their multiplayer world, go to 'Change World Settings', and toggle the 'Cross-Play' option on or off.
Players can join each other's worlds, visit bases, and showcase their favorite Pals using the Global Palbox after enabling crossplay.
Enabling crossplay may be a bit confusing for those unfamiliar with world settings, but only the host must perform the setup actions.
