Safehouse in the Hills adds full-fledged mansions to Los Santos and includes a new Michael mission. Players must visit the Prix Luxury Real Estate website on their in-game phone to purchase one of three mansions: the Tongva Estate ($11,500,000), the Vinewood Residence ($12,200,000), or the Richman Villa ($12,800,000). Completing Listing missions grants discounts but purchases still require nearly $10 million. Buying a mansion is required to start the KnoWay Out missions and access the Michael De Santa mission. Mansions offer extensive customization via the "Customize" option, with interior tint, pattern, and decor choices that can cost hundreds of thousands.
