Epic Games is introducing significant enhancements for Fortnite on the new Nintendo Switch 2, which will run at 60fps compared to the previous 30fps limit on the original. The game's resolution will improve substantially, boasting a docked resolution of 2176x1224 and undocked at 1600x900, alongside enhancements in draw distance, textures, and shadows. In addition, Fortnite will support new features like GameChat and Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, with the latter rolling out on June 7th, coinciding with the end of the Star Wars-themed season.
