The season two finale reveals the Ghoul locating empty cryopods in a secret Vault beneath Mr. House's Lucky 38 Casino, with his wife's cryopod containing a postcard for Colorado. The postcard and a billboard during the credits set up a new quest and strongly hint that season three will be at least partly set in Colorado. Colorado has been mentioned sporadically across the Fallout franchise and was largely devastated in the Great War. Fallout Tactics introduced Vault 0 inside an expanded Cheyenne Mountain Complex, and the Enclave remains a plausible occupant of such a facility for future conflict.
