Bethesda announced a free update for Fallout 4, coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on April 25. It includes native versions for the new consoles, Performance and Quality modes offering up to 60fps and higher resolutions.
The update brings new story content like the 'Echoes of the Past' quest involving The Enclave, Creation Club content such as weapon and armor skins, PC enhancements, and a Halloween Workshop with new decorations.
Bethesda has plans for Fallout 5, though it won't release soon. The recently launched TV adaptation received positive reviews. Some aspects not in the show may be saved for Fallout 5.
