Bandai Namco has announced that the much-anticipated game Elden Ring Nightreign will be released on May 30 for multiple platforms including PC and consoles. The game will not include microtransactions, but players can purchase DLC for additional content. Before the official release, closed beta testing will take place from February 14 to 16, providing insights into gameplay mechanics which deviate from the traditional souls-like model to incorporate roguelike and battle royale elements. The game supports co-op play for three players and will include familiar bosses from previous games, though it lacks cross-play between different console families.
Elden Ring Nightreign, launching on May 30, is a co-op survival game featuring roguelike and battle royale mechanics, designed for up to three players.
Bandai Namco confirmed no microtransactions will be present, only a one-time purchase DLC that adds characters, bosses, and biomes for the game's Deluxe and Collector's Editions.
