Disney invested $1.5 billion in Epic Games to build a persistent universe, and the companies have continued their partnership. On November 6, a new Fortnite Creative island called Disneyland Game Rush launches as a minigame collection. Seven games are each based on Disney parks attractions and are connected by a hub area resembling a theme park. Examples include a Haunted Mansion game with coins and secret areas and a Spider-Man-themed shooting gallery where players blast robot spiders. Minigames are queued at random during play. The island is available for a limited time.
