Disco Elysium, a celebrated RPG from 2019 known for its rich storytelling, will be reimagined for Android devices in summer 2025. The new mobile version will adopt a visual novel format, offering the first two chapters for free, followed by a paid unlock for the complete ad-free game. ZA/UM aims to attract TikTok users through engaging snippets of storytelling. Meanwhile, the original creative team has departed due to management changes, leading to ongoing legal disputes and the establishment of new studios amongst former members.
