From November 13 through December 11 in Diablo Immortal, players can engage in a limited-time Lich King battle while celebrating 20 years of World of Warcraft. This event features iconic character Arthas using familiar abilities and offers unique cosmetics and a new PvP battleground.
Players must earn special items called Fallen Citadel Gates to access the Lich King's throne through dungeon completions, log-in rewards, or rare monster drops during the celebration event.
The event introduces a new PvP battleground named Cutthroat Basin, inspired by WoW's Arathi Basin, featuring normalized player levels and special skill orbs allowing the use of WoW abilities.
In addition to engaging with the Lich King, players can earn weapon cosmetics inspired by legendary WoW weapons, as well as Murloc skins for familiars, enriching their gaming experience during this nostalgic celebration.
