Bergmite, the ice chunk Pokémon from Kalos, can be found in the wild. It's shiny available in Pokémon Go, but its shiny rate is about one in 500.
Avalugg and Hisuian Avalugg are valuable for PvE due to their ice-type strength and bulkiness, but you can't evolve Bergmite into Hisuian Avalugg.
