The rewrite began late, after most companion arcs were solid, so planned integrations and scenes — including a Red War College sequence near Baldur's Gate — were cut. Development timing and a key developer's health-related absence reduced time available to expand Wyll's arc. Wyll ultimately received a tie to Duke Ravengard but has notably less content than other companions.
