The Deluxe Steelbook sold out quickly, and when Amazon reopened pre-orders it appears to have accepted more orders than Capcom could supply. Amazon canceled and refunded many Deluxe pre-orders citing unavailability from the supplier. Some customers kept orders but now face shipping delays into March. Amazon listed an "Amazon Exclusive Edition" with a poster as a replacement, but that edition also ships after launch, preventing play at release.
